Welcome to the Last 8 of the Premier League Champions Trophy a.k.a the Quarter Finals!
One preliminary round, 16 x 1st Round & 8 x big 2nd Round match ups complete, and close to 4,000 votes from around the 33 x @ECB Premier Leagues – THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN for supporting our end of season fun, and helping to keep the spirit of our Premier League Champions Trophy alive!!!
We’re down to the Last 8 now, the Quarter Final stage for these clubs to once again mobilise their players, coaches, volunteers, supporters etc and get those votes coming in – but can they do it on a grey, wet & windy midweek in October LOL!
Remember, ideally voting should be for who would win a 50 over match between the sides . . . But we’re not daft – if you just want to vote for who you think is more popular than the other, who has the nicest teas or for that matter who your club has a longstanding vendetta against – up to you!
Here we go then with the Quarter Final fixtures to see who makes the Semi Finals . . .
In Match 1 – South Durham PL champions Barnard Castle go up against WEPL champions Bridgwater
In Match 2 – Huddersfield PL champions Hoylandswaine go up against Northamptonshire PL champions Finedon Dolben
In Match 3 – Cornwall PL champions Penzance go up against Surrey PL champions Wimbledon
In Match 4 – Lancashire PL champions Lowerhouse go up against Greater Manchester PL champions Prestwich
